Our Story
About Trade Works
Trade Works Plumbing was founded by Jimmy Bache, a licensed Master Plumber and Gas Fitter with more than 25 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
Beginning as an apprentice in 1998, Jimmy built his career through residential service, commercial construction, project management, commercial estimating, customer service, and dispatching—gaining a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional service from start to finish.
After spending nearly 18 years working as a commercial estimator for one of the Washington, DC region's largest and most respected plumbing and mechanical contractors, Jimmy gained extensive experience working on and estimating plumbing projects throughout the region, including work at prominent locations such as the White House and Maryland State House, along with major universities, hospitals, government facilities, and commercial properties.
Jimmy founded Trade Works with a simple goal: to bring that same level of experience and professionalism to his own company while providing honest, high-quality plumbing services backed by expert craftsmanship, clear communication, and genuine care for every customer.
Today, Trade Works Plumbing is committed to delivering quality workmanship while building lasting relationships through honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Whether it's a simple repair, a plumbing remodel, or a whole-home water treatment system, every project is completed with the same attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right.
