About Trade Works
Trade Works was founded by Jimmy Bache, a Master Plumber and Gas Fitter with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the trades. Starting as an apprentice in 1998, Jimmy built his career across service, commercial construction, project management, customer service, dispatching, and estimating.
After 15 years with one of the largest and most respected plumbing and mechanical firms in the Washington, DC region, he set out to build a company rooted in quality, trust, and professionalism.
