About Us
Trade Works was created by Jimmy Bache, Master Plumber and Gas Fitter, after working in the trades for over 20 years. Starting out as an apprentice in 1998, Jimmy worked his way through the ranks, holding positions ranging from a service technician, working in commercial new construction, project management, customer service, dispatching, and estimating.

After spending 15 years at one of the most respected and largest plumbing and mechanical firms in the Washington, DC region, Jimmy realized it was time to make his long time dream a reality by creating a company of his own. Trade Works focuses on providing a high level of customer service, quality, and professional work, while providing an environment for employees to realize their personal and professional goals.
